Christine Morrison is the director of social at Intuit TurboTax, a $3 billion business. Ms. Morrison’s team creates confidence-building experiences and campaigns that put customers at the center, resulting in increased customer acquisition and retention. Prior roles included corporate communications, product management and web development. The common thread among all her work is the study of people and what motivates them to try something new. When Christine is not at work, she and her husband spend their time chasing after their active 6-year-old son and his dog, Wilbur.
