Victoria Morrissey is the CMO of Ferguson, where she’s responsible for all enterprise marketing, including brand activation, customer experience and insights, marketing analytics, creative and content, and media. 

 

Previously, Ms. Morrissey managed global and brand marketing at Caterpillar Inc., overseeing brand, digital marketing, analytics, customer insights, and customer experience. She was also a marketing leader at Grainger, the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and WPP.

 

Ms. Morrissey earned a bachelor's in business marketing and a master’s in advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
