Trista Murphy is the Associate Director of Sponsorship Acquisition Marketing at Save the Children. Save the Children is an international humanitarian organization that works to reach more than 157 million children in 120 Countries, including the U.S. In her current role, she directs a team of passionate fundraisers and is responsible for acquiring and engaging potential Sponsors through all fundraising channels including (but not limited to) digital marketing, direct mail, telemarketing, events and face-to-face fundraising efforts. Trista has over 10 years of experience as a direct response fundraiser and digital marketer. Prior to her time at Save the Children she worked for a niche publishing house where she managed the omnichannel marketing program for their flagship publications. She also spent several years as a Grassroots Organizer for Planned Parenthood (Hudson Peconic) coordinating advocacy and fundraising activities and was responsible for their college internship and youth outreach programs.
