Narvaez is a media industry veteran who began her career with the ratings company, Arbitron in 2003 where she was recognized early as an expert in identifying and sharing early insights and mega-trends of Hispanic consumers. At Nielsen since 2013, Monica has also emerged as one of Nielsen’s diverse leaders, speaking on the cultural impact of the U.S. Latinx community has had on the mainstream media, the economy, and politics.
