He has extensive experience before the FCC, FTC, and state administrative agencies involving various enforcement, compliance, and licensing matters. Through practical and realistic advice, he helps clients navigate through complex government requirements, develop regulatory strategies, implement compliance plans, and conduct in-house training sessions to minimize risk and increase business opportunities. He also regularly negotiates and drafts sponsorship, marketing, and other commercial contracts. Mr. Newman is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
