As managing director, Rocky Novak oversees Fallon’s daily operations, striving to create an environment that inspires and enables world-class creativity across mediums. Mr. Novak believes in mindset over process, optimism in the face of uncertainty and that empowered talent is a force to be reckoned with. He also holds a bone-deep belief our business should be fun. Over the years, Rocky has had the privilege of working on a wide variety of clients, including: Arby’s, Cadillac, H&R Block, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, General Mills, NYSE, NBCUniversal, Virgin Mobile, BMW, Citibank and Lee Jeans. This experience has taught him how to launch everything from new cars to new sandwiches, and he wouldn’t trade a minute of it. Mr. Novak’s work has been awarded with multiple media and creative awards, including recognition from the Effies, Cannes, the One Show, the Creative Media Awards and the Webbys. Rocky has also held an adjunct position at the University of Minnesota (where he received his Master of Business Administration), teaching digital marketing to undergraduate students. He and his wife, Andrea, spend their free time chasing after their two boys, rewatching old episodes of The West Wing and heading to the cabin whenever humanly possible.
