Kathleen Ollen is a data-driven entrepreneurial analytics leader within Deloitte Digital’s marketing science practice. She has a proven track record helping clients harness the power of data to solve complex marketing problems and create strategies to drive profitable growth. Ms. Ollen has a wealth of experience leading advanced analytics marketing initiatives, providing consumer insights that lead to actionable results, and building marketing, customer, and business strategies to drive efficiency. She also has deep expertise leading and expanding lean analytics teams across complicated organizational structures to define and implement analytics visions, and co-leads Deloitte Digital’s granular marketing mix modeling practice.

Prior roles include SVP of analytics at Horizon Media, VP of Analytics at Campbell Ewald, and director of analytics at Liberty Mutual.

Ms. Ollen has a B.A. in economics from Smith College.
