Stacey Olliff helped arrange a $60 million equity investment by Technology Crossover Ventures in April 2014. His prior legal positions include Comcast/NBCUniversal’s digital division, where he oversaw legal and business affairs for Fandango.com, and as general counsel for Shopzilla/Bizrate, a leading comparison-shopping and merchant-rating internet service. Mr. Olliff graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School.Â
