Heather O’Shea is the head of global ad research and insights at Snap, where she produces thought leadership to educate the advertising industry and marketing community on mobile and Snapchat advertising.

Previously, Ms. O’Shea led the media and creative effectiveness practice in North America at Kantar, launching and evangelizing new solutions meant to accurately capture media performance. She was also the global agency research and data strategy lead at Twitter and led measurement, consumer insights, and campaign optimization across all Johnson & Johnson brands as the VP of research at UM.

Ms. O’Shea received her M.B.A. in marketing from Baruch College.
