Heather O'Shea is the global head of ad research and insights at Snap Inc.

Previously, Ms. O'Shea led the media and creative effectiveness practice in North America at Kantar, served as the global agency research and data strategy lead at Twitter, and led measurement, consumer insights, and campaign optimization across all Johnson & Johnson brands as the VP of research for UM.

Ms. O'Shea received her M.B.A. in marketing from Baruch College.
