Luije Padron is an accomplished creative professional specializing in advertising and marketing. With over 17 years of experience, he started his career as "the client" at P&G, and then switched over to the advertising agency side. He now brings his global agency experience from agencies like Grey Global, Ogilvy Worldwide, and McCann, to grow the in-house agency model at Norwegian Cruise Line where he is currently the Global Creative Director at Rebel Fish Creative Group. Here, he leads a global team across 5 different countries in just as many time zones. With expertise in strategic thinking, creative brief development, content writing, and bilingual marketing (English and Spanish), Luije excels in motivating and mentoring his team to producing innovative ideas. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, he also served as a Military Police Investigator and Public Affairs Representative in the United States Army Reserve, effectively conducting criminal investigations. Fun fact: He’s a proud comic book geek who lives in Miami with his dog Duke.
