Kathryn Barrett Park has concentrated on trademark, copyright, and advertising law. Prior to GE, she was vice president and senior IP counsel of NBA Properties in New York. She is a frequent speaker at international conferences on advertising law, IP rights, and anti-counterfeiting, and has testified before the U.S. House Judiciary Committee, Subcommittee on the Internet. Ms. Park received her B.A., magna cum laude, in art history from Brown University and her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
