Amy Pascal is the VP and head of U.S. marketing for Weber, where she’s responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts, including product, digital, experiential, and customer marketing, brand management, the Weber Stores, and culinary Grill Academies.
Previously, Ms. Pascal was the VP and head of Americas marketing for LEGO and worked at Johnson & Johnson building their first global digital center of excellence and transforming their consumer brands. She got her start at R/GA and TWBA Worldwide.
Ms. Pascal holds an M.A. in arts and business administration from Columbia University and graduated from California College of the Arts with a B.F.A. in communications design.
