Prior to joining global procurement, Mr. Passy leveraged his entertainment contracting and negotiations skills within the BMS law department. Before joining BMS, Mark had a successful career within the entertainment industry as an entrepreneur earning multiple awards in advertising and music (three ADDYs, one Silver Effie, Grammy and Emmy Award nominations, PromaxBDA and 20 Gold/Platinum Records).
