Mary Beth Pate is the Executive Director of Marketing & Philanthropy Communications at Cleveland Clinic. Mary Beth leads the enterprises national, regional and local advertising efforts, including the management of all digital advertising efforts, branded content partnerships, creative development and media strategy.
Additionally, she oversees Cleveland Clinic’s sponsorships with the Cleveland Indians and Cavaliers, as well as large scale events and activation for the Cleveland Clinic enterprise. Mary Beth has led over 600 events from executive strategy sessions to donor and community events around Cleveland Clinic’s largest expansion projects.
Mary Beth also oversees Philanthropy Communications and key branding projects to support enterprise wide fundraising initiatives.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University.
In the community, Mary Beth sits on the Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland and has been a long-time advocate for PAWS (Public Animal Welfare Society).
