Michelle Peluso is the SVP of digital sales and CMO at IBM, where she oversees all global marketing, brand initiatives, and client experiences, and runs the digital sales and commercial channel.
Previously, Ms. Peluso was CEO of Gilt until its sale to Hudson's Bay Company (HBC), global consumer chief marketing and internet officer of Citigroup, and CEO of Travelocity, which she joined following the company’s acquisition of Site59, a travel site she created and launched as CEO. Additionally, Ms. Peluso was a White House Fellow and senior advisor to Labor Secretary Alexis Herman and worked as a case leader for The Boston Consulting Group in New York and London. She serves on the board of directors for NIKE, Inc. and nonprofit TechnoServe, and advises Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV).
Ms. Peluso received an M.A. in philosophy, politics, and economics from Pembroke College at Oxford University and a B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
