Kim is a Direct marketing leader, with over 20 years’ experience in direct response. She led the evolution of what is today Heifer International’s Catalog program with strategic creative testing, list development and offer variations to sustain and expand the catalog’s market penetration and return. In her role as Senior Director of Donor Engagement, Kim provides strategic direction and leadership to the direct response team in Heifer’s multi-million dollar fundraising programs, including acquisition, house appeals, renewals and sustainer - integrating a multi-channel approach across mail, email, canvassing, DRTV and telemarketing. Always a strong advocate for the integrity of the donor experience, a core tenet of Heifer’s commitment to its exceptionally loyal base of active contributors.
