Peter Petros advises industry leaders in all aspects of social media, advertising, marketing, entertainment, and production. He also advises on strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, licensing, joint development agreements, and privacy matters. In addition, he serves as a member of the Future of Privacy Forum Advisory Board. Before joining Edelman, Mr. Petros was a senior corporate counsel at Abbott Laboratories, and prior to that he practiced at the law firms of Duane Morris and Bell, Boyd & Lloyd (now known as K&L Gates LLP). Mr. Petros received his economics degree from Indiana University and his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.
