Chris Potts is the assistant VP of marketing analytics at John Hancock Financial Services, where he leads a team focused on business, media, digital, and customer experience analytics.

Previously, Mr. Potts held analytics roles at Hill Holliday and at a Philadelphia-based pharmaceutical and life sciences company. He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Union College and an M.S. in electrical engineering from Duke University.
