Chris Potts is the AVP, Global Head of Demand Generation & Marketing Measurement at Manulife/John Hancock. He is building and leading a global team focused on full-funnel paid digital media, SEO, Brand insights, martech/adtech, and measurement. He is a brand-builder and technology evangelist with extensive experience partnering with company leadership, media partners, martech experts, and agency teams to optimize marketing investment for business results. His focus on the customer spans across both business-to-consumer and business-to-business audiences. Prior to Manulife/John Hancock, Chris held analytics roles at IPG’s Hill Holliday and at a start-up Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences company. Chris holds a BS in electrical engineering from Union College (NY) and a MS in electrical engineering from Duke University. Chris currently resides outside of Boston with his wife, daughter, and two ragdoll cats.
