Kathryn Pratt
Director, Brand Engagement / L.L. Bean

Kathryn leads the Brand Engagement department at L.L.Bean, connecting the Experiential, Public Relations and Social Media programs. Her team builds disruptive and engaging campaigns to generate excitement around L.L.Bean’s products and to inspire people to enjoy the outdoors together.  Her previous experience working with brands such as Kenneth Cole, GAP(RED) and the U.S. Army has given her the opportunity to develop campaigns that have rich, powerful stories to tell and the ability to connect with consumers on a deeper level.  Outside of work, Kathryn is on the board of the Girl Scouts of Maine and spends as much time as possible playing in the yard with her three busy kids.
