Sri Rajagopalan is the chief customer officer of U.S. retail for General Mills, where he oversees all customer activities in the U.S. and leads nearly 1,000 sales professionals charged with growing the retail business.

Previously, Mr. Rajagopalan held leadership positions in customer management at Frito-Lay North America, PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, and Revlon. He started his career leading consumer insights at market research firm IRI.

Mr. Rajagopalan graduated from Virginia Tech with an M.B.A. in marketing.
