As the vice president at The Crypsis Group, Jason Rebholz oversees the consulting organization and all services that Crypsis provides its clients. In addition, he manages incident response and security services engagements. Mr. Rebholz has an extensive background in incident response and specializes in forensic analysis of Windows and Linux operating systems. Prior to joining The Crypsis Group, he was at Mandiant for six years. During his time there, Jason led incident response investigations that involved multiple threat actors, including financially motivated attackers, organized crime, nation-state threat actors and hacktivists. Mr. Rebholz has led engagements for law enforcement and Fortune 100 companies across multiple industries including defense, retail, financial services and health care. Jason has also worked with organizations to develop and improve incident response procedures and policies to assist in the future detection and remediation of incidents.
