Deidre Richardson is senior director, corporate counsel at Chico’s FAS, overseeing matters related to the Chico’s, White House Black Market and Soma brands. She serves as a strategic business partner and the key point of legal contact in the U.S. and internationally for marketing, intellectual property, litigation management and regulatory compliance matters. Prior to joining Chico’s FAS, Ms. Richardson spent over five years as lead counsel for marketing and trademarks at Restaurant Brands International, with responsibilities related to the Burger King, Popeyes and Tim Hortons brands. Before that, she spent six years at Michelin North America, managing transactional intellectual property and licensing, as well as research and development activities. Deidre holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Georgetown University, a Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University and her Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
