Mark Richardson has served on the Target legal staff since 2000. Over the years, Mr. Richardson has provided regulatory services and counseling to a variety of Target business clients on a wide range of legal matters. His main focus is in the practice areas of advertising, marketing, promotion and intellectual property law. Prior to joining Target, Mr. Richardson worked in the legal departments of Ford Motor Company and The Coca-Cola Company. He received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and his B.S. in Business Management from The University of Minnesota.
