Deirdre Robinson is the senior director of marketing for Verizon Corporate Social Responsibility, where she leads the integrated marketing strategy for Verizon’s Responsible Business program. She is also the head of Verizon’s Marketing Capabilities practice, where she leads the Verizon Marketing Academy, which is the in-house training organization for Verizon’s over 3,000 marketers, and the Adfellows program, a fellowship program for diverse entry-level marketing talent.
Prior to this role, Ms. Robinson held a number of marketing leadership roles at Verizon, including launching and expanding Verizon Fios into a multi-billion-dollar business. She has held senior marketing roles in the financial services and tech industry.
She has a dual B.S. in communications from the Newhouse School of Communications and marketing management from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. Her marketing campaigns have been awarded the industry’s top awards. For her work in marketing capabilities, she has been awarded the Association of National Advertisers Talent Champion Award.
