Tony Robson is the Head of Marketing Operations at University of Phoenix, leading the university’s Marketing Operations Center of Excellence. This team is central to the organization's in-house agency operations, planning, tracking, and market delivery efforts. The in-house agency team includes marketing ops, marketing compliance, marketing strategy, research, creative development, and production. His team is responsible for agile marketing planning and campaign development of performance marketing programs across linear/OTT, online video, and programmatic digital content. Since implementing the in-house agency team in 2020, University of Phoenix has seen double-digit growth in creative performance and nearly tripled the in-house agency team’s productivity.
Tony has over 20 years of client and agency experience. Before joining University of Phoenix, he worked at Verizon, leading brand and performance marketing for Fios TV and Fios Internet. Tony’s agency experience includes McCann, DDB, and Bromley Communications, where he led retail, telecom, and airline accounts for Latin America.
