Vikki Rohrer drives strategy and process as Ford Motor Company’s global advertising agency finance manager, an integral lead of the cross-functional Global Advertising Management Team. She has over 20 years of expertise at Ford, with 10 of them dedicated to agency relationships and management. HerMy mission is to lead, educate and counsel the markets in all advertising agency relationship matters regarding compensation, policies and procedures, best practices and industry trends. In her current role, Ms. Rohrer is responsible for the global coordination of all the advertising agency partners. During her tenure at Ford, she played key roles in the design and implementation of the GTB one agency concept, the budget facilitation of the digital innovation strategy (FordPass/Lincoln Way—a very fast-moving area that needed an aggressive leader), developing a global scope of work process and the rollout of one global WPP advertising contract and compensation methodology. Vikki is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a bachelor’s in business administration - international marketing. While issuing bonds and funding the balance sheet in Ford’s treasury department, she obtained her master’s in finance at the University of Detroit Mercy. Vikki serves as an active committee member of the Association of National Advertisers.
