Steven joined New Balance in Jan 2016 and has successfully led both global brand and operational transformation for the 113-year-old organization: including the launch of a new award winning Global Brand Communications Platform, Visual Identity System and Global Go-To-Market process. More recently Steven has been focused on defining a winning marketing and commercial strategy for New Balance’s global Metropolitan Consumer and bringing disruptive earned media innovation to all global programs
Prior to New Balance, Steven worked for Coca Cola in various marketing leadership roles in Atlanta, Sydney and London including the 2018 FIFA World Cup, 2016 Summer Olympics and heading up Coca-Cola’s global energy drinks portfolio partnering with Lotus F1, Avicii and Call of Duty.
Steven enjoys bringing a strategic and disruptive approach to marketing ranging from leveraging Artificial Intelligence, to creating feature length movies and lifestyle magazines. Steven has led multiple award winning programs across a broad range of categories including: brand identity, sponsorship, experiential activation and digital storytelling.
Outside of work Steven loves hanging out with his wife, learning to be a parent to his two young kids and getting into his local CrossFit gym.
