Carlos Santiago leads Santiago Solutions Group (SSG), where he guides insights discovery, opportunity models, analytics, and marketing strategies that help optimize and solve challenges in implementing multicultural, inclusive, and generational segment efforts within a modern marketing and total market context.

Mr. Santiago is also a co-founder of the ANA’s Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing (AIMM), where he leads efforts around multicultural data quality and transparency and the Cultural Insights Impact Measure (CIIM).
