Aline Santos leads global marketing capabilities at Unilever, including the corporate brand, digital transformation, communication, innovation excellence, and Foundry, a portal to connect with startups. She is also the global diversity and inclusion leader for Unilever.

Ms. Santos joined Unilever in 1989 as a marketing trainee and was part of the Dove global marketing team responsible for creating Dove Beauty Theory. She led Unilever's biggest home care brand, OMO, and launched the successful "Dirt is Good" campaign, leading OMO to become the largest detergent brand in the world.
