Eric is a business leader and U.S. Army veteran with 14 years of marketing experience. He joined Creminelli Fine Meats as the Director of Marketing in 2015 and became the Chief Marketing Officer of Charcuterie Artisans in January 2020 upon the merger of Creminelli and Daniele Foods. Eric is passionate about growing brands, building marketing capabilities, and developing marketing talent.
Eric’s first career was serving as an attack helicopter pilot and paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division. Following business school, Eric spent 7 years with S.C. Johnson managing iconic brands including Windex, OFF! Insect Repellent, and Scrubbing Bubbles in positions of increasing responsibility.
While at Creminelli, Eric created a CPG-inspired marketing organization, hiring the company’s first brand manager and developing the team to take on more expansive roles. He integrated market research into company decision-making, managed key customer relationships, and directed new product development initiatives, contributing to tripling Creminelli revenue. In 2018, Eric on-boarded Hanson-Dodge as Creminelli’s creative agency and partnered to refine the brand’s positioning and launch the “People Like You” campaign.
Eric lives with his husband and twin 7-year-olds in Park City, Utah. He loves food, whiskey, and the active lifestyle of the mountain west – camping, biking, hiking, skiing, and trail running. His happy place is on a trail at sunrise.
