Jay Sears works with leadership and business unit heads across the company to expand Rubicon Project’s potential market. Jay has also served as GM, REVV Buyer, where he was responsible for global relations with buyers including ad holding companies, ad agencies, agency trading desks and brands. Prior to joining Rubicon Project, Mr. Sears was GM of the PulsePoint Ad Exchange. At PulsePoint (fka ContextWeb, Inc.), he focused on the company’s real-time bidding (RTB) initiatives. Mr. Sears speaks about advertising automation at various industry events including Advertising Week (New York and London), ANA, BMO, Cannes Lions, Festival of Media (Global, APAC and LatAM), IAB, Jeffries, iMedia, Mobile World Congress, Monaco Media Forum and UBS.
