Colleen Sellers is the group brand director of allergy & eye care at Johnson & Johnson. She began her marketing career in the J&J Skincare business. After driving growth with innovative media and trade marketing on Clean & Clear and Aveeno, she moved to McNeil to work on the OTC Business. As a brand manager, she developed the innovation strategy and pipeline for the Zyrtec and drove double digit share gains with strong competitive advertising on Tylenol Cold. As the senior brand manager on Zyrtec, she developed new breakthrough positioning and campaign which returned the brand to health with the best share results in its history. As the GBD on Allergy, she has led the franchise to 13% growth in 2014. She is known for developing innovative new advertising campaigns, challenging the status quo, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders. Ms. Sellers is a graduate of Smith College and Kellogg.
