Nidia Serrano leads multicultural sales marketing at Pandora in New York City. She is responsible for marketing strategies that drive awareness of the company’s multicultural advertising solutions. Ms. Serrano collaborates with the company’s research, sales and music curation teams to get a pulse on Hispanic, African-American and Asian-American audiences. Her multicultural expertise and passion for interpreting complex data is evident in her contributions to The Advertiser’s Guide to Multicultural Audiences, Language Decoded and the study findings of Pandora’s Testing of Culturally Relevant Ads. Nidia has more than 10 years of experience at the intersection of advertising, media and marketing. Prior to joining Pandora, she held multicultural strategy roles across various agencies, including MediaCom, MediaVest, MetaVision and Maxus. A passionate supporter of diversity and inclusion, Ms. Serrano serves on Pandora Mixtape’s steering committee, the company’s employee resource group focused on championing employees of color. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and minor in Spanish from Binghamton University, and is a passionate photographer and lifestyle blogger.
