Alana Sharenow is director and legal counsel at Dunkin’ Brands, Inc., the parent company of Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins restaurants. Ms. Sharenow concentrates her practice in marketing, advertising and promotions law, trademark law and food labeling law. Alana also provides guidance on national and local charitable activities. Prior to joining Dunkin’ Brands in 2012, she was senior corporate counsel at Ocean Spray and was trademark counsel at Polaroid. Alana received her Juris Doctor from Boston University and her undergraduate degree in history and economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
