Previously, Kyla served as COO and SVP Global Fundraising and Marketing at Operation Smile where she was responsible for both programs and resource mobilization, creating the organization’s first globally-integrated fundraising, marketing and communications strategy.
Her extensive knowledge and work with INGOs and NGOs now bring her to projects across sectors engaging with organizations such as Moore DM Group and DSIL Global on the future of fundraising innovation and leadership for broader sector learning and development.
