Kate Short’s team is responsible for strategic sourcing support across more than 100 brands and six distinct operating companies in North America. She has a long history of driving innovation and leadership in procurement, and has been an active member in the ANA for the past 10 years through speaking, mentoring, and hosting ANA events. Prior to Nestlé, Ms. Short managed marketing procurement for Intel, where she launched the first performance incentive and revenue share models that are now used across all indirect categories at Intel. She received her B.S. from Brigham Young University.
