Bob is a director in PwC’s Contract Optimization practice providing marketing and media process improvement and contract compliance review and consulting services. He has more than 35 years of management and business operations experience, including stints as a client-serving agency executive and marketer.
He developed a methodology for delivering collaborative, non-confrontational contract compliance reviews that increase transparency while improving operational effectiveness and efficiency. Bob’s clients include some of the leading entities in the entertainment/media, CPG, retail, financial services, software/technology, pharmaceutical, automotive, and health care industries.
Bob has had primary responsibility for planning, managing and delivering creative, media, public relations and experiential agency audits, operational process improvement initiatives as well as internal controls risk assessments and recommendations. He has provided subject matter expertise and guidance on marketing department structure design, agency sourcing and management, along with entertainment & media operations and content distribution.
Prior to the ‘Big 4’, Bob served as General Manager for a division of a studio, Vice President of Programming / Media for a global ad agency, Executive Director, Original Programming & Marketing for two cable networks and Manager of Program Finance and Administration for a broadcast TV network.
