Marilyn Simeon joined Novo Nordisk Inc., a pharmaceutical company, in 2019 to launch the organization’s studio agency program. She has over 15+ years of experience working across the insurance, life sciences and advertising business sectors. Throughout her tenure, she’s managed project management teams and driven large scale process improvement initiatives with a focus on operational excellence. In her current role as Director, Studio Agencies, she works closely with studio agency partners and offshore teams to drive down marketing costs and increase speed to market.
