Amy Smith is the chief strategy and impact officer at TOMS, where she oversees all aspects of the company’s corporate strategy and impact, including managing global giving partners, measuring the giving program impact, and leading TOMS Giving Trips. She also manages the company’s environmental sustainability efforts, B Corp certification, and employee engagement.
Previously, Ms. Smith was the chief strategy officer and president of action networks for Points of Light, the world’s largest organization dedicated to volunteer service. She has also held several management positions at Apple, where she helped lead their retail initiative and supported international real estate development, store design, construction, and store operations.
Ms. Smith holds a B.A. in materials and logistics management from Michigan State University.
