Olivia Smith is a 30-plus-year veteran of the direct marketing and nonprofit industry. Her experience includes data marketing intelligence and strategic and creative consulting as a prior direct marketing agency executive. As vice president, client services at Wiland, Inc., one of the largest nonprofit co-ops, Ms. Smith oversees a team of client service directors providing modeling services for several hundred nonprofit organizations. Olivia is experienced in all aspects of nonprofit marketing from acquisition to renewal, mid-level giving to planned giving, having developed solutions and programs for nonprofits such as the American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, March of Dimes, Make-A-Wish Foundation of America and others. Ms. Smith is a graduate of Brigham Young University and served as an adjunct professor at Virginia Commonwealth University for industry leaders seeking their direct marketing certification. In her free time, Olivia enjoys hiking in the Colorado Rockies and researching her genealogy.
