Robin Rosen Spector is an attorney advisor to Commissioner Christine S. Wilson at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), where she advises the commissioner on consumer protection matters and policy. She has been particularly active in assisting the commissioner in her review of privacy and data security matters, as well as conducting research and drafting speeches and articles in this area.
Previously at the FTC, Ms. Spector served as counsel to multiple directors of the Bureau of Consumer Protection and worked as a staff attorney in the Division of Advertising Practices and the Division of Enforcement. Prior to joining the FTC, Ms. Spector worked in private practice in Washington, D.C., specializing in antitrust and commercial litigation.
Ms. Spector received her B.A. from George Washington University and her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
