A 14-year veteran of PepsiCo, Amy Spiridakis is currently vice president, marketing and capabilities, leading brand building, insights and category leadership in the away-from-home channel. Previously, Ms. Spiridakis managed a team of 75 marketers as vice president, marketing activation, where her mandate included translating brand big bets into commercial wins and localizing brand campaigns. She was also charged with building and commercializing a consumer-grounded, packaging innovation pipeline and delivering an adaptive design approach to consumer engagement. Amy was an inaugural member of PepsiCo’s Demand Xcelerator team, leading a cross-divisional shopper marketing team in designing programming for the food and beverage portfolio at enterprise retailers. During her tenure, PepsiCo was recognized by Kantar as the number-one CPG manufacturer in shopper marketing, a first for the company, and received multiple Effies for the 2016 Pepsi emoji #SayItWithPepsi programming. Ms. Spiridakis has held a variety of marketing roles, including creating trademark Pepsi’s commercial team, leading Diet Pepsi marketing, relaunching the Propel and SoBe Elixir and Tea brands, delivering innovation in foodservice, and leading customer marketing for national partners. Amy is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and has her Master of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
