Andrew Springate is the chief marketing and chief concentrate officer for Keurig Dr Pepper, where he leads the brand management, activation, media and entertainment, sponsorships, travel and events services, and concentrate sales to bottling partners.
Previously, Mr. Springate was the SVP and CMO for Dr Pepper Snapple Group, a role he took after serving as the SVP of sales and general manager within the beverage concentrates business. He also held numerous leadership roles in brand marketing and innovation, including SVP of marketing, innovation, and strategic planning; SVP of marketing; and director of marketing. Mr. Springate began his career as district sales manager for Frito-Lay and also worked at the Coca-Cola Company as the brand manager for Sprite.
Mr. Springate received his bachelor’s from the University of Texas at Austin and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
