Gaëlle Saint-Jalmes is a partner at Osborne Clarke, where she specializes in regulatory compliance, especially for food products, and consumer protection law.
In her career in private practice and as an in-house lawyer, Ms. Saint-Jalmes gained extensive experience in food law, including health and nutrition claims, labelling, food supplements, novel food, foods for specific groups, valorising claims, and liabilities in the food supply chain. She also advises food businesses on commercial and consumer law, especially regarding unfair business practices, e-commerce, marketing, and advertising law. She started her career in the economic law department of DDG before joining Danone Dairy, working for the Americas, Asia, Russia, and Middle East.
Ms. Saint-Jalmes was admitted to the Paris Bar, and holds an LL.M from the University of Cologne and a DESS in European Business Law from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
