Jocelyn Stahl is director of indirect procurement for The Hershey Company. In this role, she is responsible for managing the company’s indirect procurement team, with major categories including marketing, logistics, co-packaging, MRO, human resources, finance, travel, IT, capital and facilities. Ms. Stahl’s team serves in a category management capacity, working closely with stakeholders to optimize supply relationships, as well as tactical buyers focused on procurement execution, compliance and spend management. Jocelyn’s team has led multiple strategic cross-functional initiatives supporting growth while delivering substantial margin expansion for the organization. Ms. Stahl is an active member of the ANA’s Advertising Financial Management Committee. Jocelyn has been with The Hershey Company for 10 years, holding a variety of sourcing roles across indirect, direct materials and co-manufacturing. Prior to joining Hershey, Jocelyn held positions in procurement, manufacturing and quality with Pfizer and McNeil (a division of Johnson & Johnson) for over 10 years. Ms. Stahl holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Villanova University, and represents The Hershey Company on the board of directors for the United Way of Lebanon County. Jocelyn is married with two children and resides in central Pennsylvania.
