Jennifer Statham is responsible for enabling best-in-class marketing globally, through shared marketing technology and tools and creating high value, strategic partnerships with Dell’s critical vendors.
During her 13-year tenure with Dell, Jennifer has focused on infusing customer understanding into the business, improving marketing processes and governance and leveraging marketing technology to deliver results.
Jennifer leads a marketing technology team focused on enabling data-driven marketing and deeper, more relevant relationships with customers. She is charged with building a 360-degree customer experience to ensure Dell can meet its customers at the right time, in the right channel, with the right message through real-time intelligence.
In addition, Jennifer manages Dell’s agency portfolio to ensure a consistent Dell brand in the market. Jennifer built the agency management discipline at Dell and regularly shares best practices with companies and industry organizations.
Previously, Jennifer worked at Pepsi, Coors, and in telecommunications in various R&D and marketing research roles. Jennifer holds a B.S. in microbiology from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. in information systems from The University of Texas at Arlington. She is a certified Black Belt with Dell’s six sigma program and a member of the ANA Agency Management committee.
