Stephen Ferrando is a nonprofit industry thought leader helping nonprofits gain a competitive advantage through the strategic use of analytics and technology. He has over 20 years of experience in direct-response marketing both in the Fortune 500 commercial and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on achieving financial outcomes thru diagnostic, predictive, and practical data-driven solutions.

Over the course of his career Stephen has been fortunate enough to work at and with some of the largest brands in both the commercial and nonprofit sectors having held leadership roles at Time, Inc, Sprint, and Electronic Arts (EA), as well as serving nonprofits such as Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude Children's Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the Mayo Clinic and AARP.

Away from work Stephen plays soccer, trains in a variety of martial arts, and ponders the mysteries of life while hanging out with his dog, Layla.
