Vice President, Marketing Strategy / Susan G. Komen

As vice president, marketing strategy for Susan G. Komen®, Michelle Strong is responsible for leading Komen’s Brand and Marketing team. In this role she is charged with developing and executing integrated, strategic marketing and communications plans that advance and broaden the Komen brand and compels action among all of Komen’s stakeholders to help advance the global organization’s mission to save lives from breast cancer.

Under Strong’s leadership, Komen’s brand health has seen significant improvement year-over-year, and has secured stronger visibility via media outreach, digital marketing, external advertising, promotion, public relations, affiliate marketing and corporate development programs.

A native of St. Louis, Strong is a graduate of Bradley University, and resides in Dallas, Texas, with her husband and son.
