Nicole Summitt is Director, US Customer Experience at Microsoft, with responsibility for event & digital strategy, in-person and virtual commercial events, immersive experiences, social engagement and demand generation. Prior to joining Microsoft, she has worked in a variety of marketing and advertising roles in several industries including tech, automotive, retail and non-profit. She graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Nicole volunteers on the Communications Committee of The Guidance Center and is a mentor to young in career professionals. She is married with two kids and enjoys playing ice hockey on the weekends.
