Robert Tas is responsible for leading the organization’s global marketing efforts, including its brand, advertising, communications, product marketing, industry business lines, and global programs teams. Mr. Tas is leading initiatives to redefine marketing as a revenue generator, drive awareness of the Pega brand, and position the company for optimal success. He is a strong advocate for the use of digital technology to drive customer engagement, not just in marketing but throughout the entire customer journey. Mr. Tas has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and operations and is a pioneer in the Internet digital media industry. Prior to joining Pega, he was managing director, head of digital marketing at JP Morgan Chase & Co., where he led the global digital marketing group, serving the company’s wholesale and consumer business. Previously, he held sales, product, and marketing positions at digital media companies Tacoda Systems and 24/7 Real Media as well as at enterprise technology companies including Sybase, CommerceOne, and eGain.
